Shipping Policy – Eco-Festive

Thank you for shopping sustainably with Eco-Festive! We ship to all 50 US states. Most of our goods are sourced in the USA.

Processing time: Orders are processed within [1–2 business days]. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. [We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00.

 Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Holiday ordering deadlines: To receive your order by Christmas, please place it by December 12th for standard shipping / December 15th for expedited. We cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas for orders placed after these dates.

Live Christmas trees: Because they are living products, trees are final sale and cannot be returned — but if your tree arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we'll make it right.

Damaged or lost packages: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us through our “contact us,” form within 5 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) and we'll sort it out.
